About
Health care built around how men actually live
MensMD exists to make expert men's health care private, judgment-free and accessible across India — so that getting help feels as normal as ordering anything else online, and as trustworthy as sitting across from a good doctor.

Our mission
Most men in India put their health last. Not because they don't care, but because the system asks too much of them: waiting rooms, awkward conversations, confusing advice and products that overpromise. We believe the answer is not louder marketing — it's better care. Care that is led by doctors, grounded in evidence, and delivered with the privacy men are rarely offered.
Our mission is simple: make it easy for any man, anywhere in India, to understand his health and act on it — without stigma, without guesswork and without judgment.
What MensMD is
MensMD is a doctor-led men's health platform that brings three things together in one place:
Doctor-led telemedicine. Structured online consultations with registered medical practitioners across areas like weight management and sexual health. Where prescription treatment may be relevant, a doctor evaluates whether it is appropriate for you — no prescription product is ever sold without that clinical step.
Science-backed products. A curated shop of supplements and wellness products selected for ingredient quality and transparent labelling, intended to support your goals — not to treat or cure medical conditions.
At-home diagnostics. Lab tests collected from your home by certified partner laboratories, with results reviewed in the context of your health plan rather than left for you to decode alone.
Everything is delivered in discreet packaging by courier partners, with payments handled by secure payment providers.
How it works
- Assessment. You start with a private online health assessment covering your goals, history and lifestyle.
- Doctor consultation.A registered medical practitioner reviews your assessment and consults with you to understand what's actually going on — and whether tests or prescription treatment are worth considering.
- Personalised plan. You receive a plan built for you, which may combine lifestyle guidance, doctor-recommended products and, where a doctor determines it is appropriate, prescription treatment.
- Ongoing tracking. Your progress is tracked over time, with follow-ups and plan adjustments — because real results come from continuity, not one-off purchases.
What we stand for
Doctor-led care
Registered medical practitioners lead every clinical decision. Products never come before diagnosis, and prescription treatment is only ever initiated by a doctor.
Privacy by default
Discreet consultations, discreet packaging and careful handling of your health information. What you share with us stays between you and your care team.
Evidence over hype
We choose honest, educational guidance over miracle claims. If the science doesn't support it, we don't sell it — and we won't pretend otherwise.
Care that continues
Health isn't a single transaction. Follow-ups, tracking and plan adjustments are built into how we work, not sold as extras.
Why men's health needs this
Men are, on the whole, less likely to talk about their health and slower to seek help — especially for concerns that carry stigma, like weight, sexual health or mental wellbeing. Too often that silence means conditions are picked up late, when they are harder to manage, or never discussed with a doctor at all.
A private, doctor-led platform lowers that barrier. When the first step is a confidential online assessment instead of a crowded waiting room, more men take it — and earlier conversations with doctors mean better decisions, whatever those decisions turn out to be.
Start where you are
The best first step is also the easiest one: tell us about yourself. Take the free health assessment and a doctor will take it from there. Prefer to look around first? Browse the shop for science-backed supplements and wellness products.
