Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using MensMD (the "Platform"), you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

To use MensMD, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;
• be a resident of India, physically present in India when using our services;
• be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law; and
• provide accurate, complete and current information about yourself.

You may use the Platform only for yourself. You may not create an account or seek a consultation on behalf of another person unless you are their legal guardian and disclose this to the consulting doctor.

2. Nature of our services

MensMD is a technology platform that brings together three things:

• Telemedicine consultations — connecting you with independent registered medical practitioners for doctor-led programs in areas such as weight management and sexual health.
• E-commerce — an online store for wellness and nutraceutical products.
• At-home diagnostics — sample collection at your home with testing carried out by certified partner laboratories.

MensMD facilitates access to care; it does not itself practise medicine. The doctors you consult through the Platform are independent registered medical practitioners who exercise their own independent clinical judgment. MensMD does not direct, influence or interfere with any doctor's clinical decisions. Content on the Platform is educational in nature and is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor.

3. Not for emergencies

MensMD is not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reaction, thoughts of self-harm or any condition requiring urgent attention — do not use this Platform. Contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

4. Prescription products

Certain treatments discussed on the Platform are prescription-only. These are never available to purchase directly. They can be accessed only after a consultation in which an independent registered medical practitioner evaluates your health information and determines, in their sole discretion, whether prescription treatment is appropriate for you.

Completing a consultation does not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed. The doctor may decline to prescribe, recommend an alternative, request further tests, or refer you for in-person care. Any prescription issued is valid only for you and must be used as directed by the prescribing doctor.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices on the Platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Payments are processed through secure payment providers. MensMD does not store your complete card details.
• An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We may cancel an order — with a full refund — due to pricing or listing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud or misuse.
• Consultation fees, diagnostic fees and product prices may change from time to time; the price shown at the time you place your order applies.

6. Shipping and delivery

We deliver across India through courier partners. All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging — nothing on the outside indicates the contents or the nature of your order.

Estimated delivery timelines are 2–4 business days for metro cities and 4–7 business days for other locations. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occur due to weather, courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our control. Please verify the contents of your package on delivery and report any damage or discrepancy to support@mensmd.in promptly.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Unopened products. You may request a return of unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Opened consumables. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened supplements, consumables and personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged. Prescription products, once dispensed, are non-returnable except where required by law.

Lab bookings. At-home diagnostic bookings can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your sample is collected. Once a sample has been collected, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.

To initiate a return, cancellation or refund request, write to support@mensmd.in with your order number.

8. Accounts and OTP security

MensMD accounts are secured with one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email. You are responsible for:

• keeping your registered mobile number and email account secure;
• keeping your device protected with a passcode or biometric lock;
• never sharing an OTP with anyone — MensMD staff will never ask you for one; and
• notifying us at support@mensmd.in immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Activity carried out through your account using a valid OTP is treated as authorised by you, unless you have reported the compromise to us beforehand.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• provide false, misleading or incomplete health information to a doctor;
• use the Platform on behalf of another person without disclosure;
• attempt to obtain prescription products without a valid consultation;
• resell, redistribute or supply to others any product purchased through the Platform;
• interfere with the Platform's security, scrape its content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data;
• harass or abuse doctors, phlebotomists, delivery personnel or support staff; or
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, and may withhold services where we reasonably suspect misuse.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, program materials, software and design — is owned by or licensed to MensMD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use this content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MensMD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.

The doctors available through the Platform are independent practitioners responsible for their own clinical decisions. MensMD's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to MensMD for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection law, the courts at [New Delhi] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Platform.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised. Material changes will be notified on the Platform, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
