Grievance redressal
If you are not satisfied with how a concern was handled, you can escalate it to our Grievance Officer, appointed in line with applicable Indian information technology and data protection rules.

Please include “Grievance” in the subject line, along with your order or consultation reference if you have one.
We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. If a matter needs more time — for example, when a partner laboratory or courier partner has to investigate — we will keep you informed of the progress.
A note on medical questions
Our support team can help with scheduling, orders, and account matters, but they cannot give medical advice. Clinical questions — such as whether a treatment is appropriate for you — are always answered by a doctor during a consultation.
MensMD is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not wait for an email reply — contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
